PillPaws is designed to be 100% private by default. This policy explains what we collect — which is, simply, nothing.
All information you enter into PillPaws — pet profiles, medications, reminder schedules, care logs, and AI-assistant conversations — is stored locally on your device only. There is no account, no cloud sync, no server, and no analytics or tracking SDK. Nothing you type or enter is ever transmitted to us.
PillPaws does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There is no sign-up, no email address required, and no data leaves your device. The App Store's privacy label reflects this: no data is collected.
Reminder notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. We have no access to your notification history.
Subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings.
The built-in assistant answers questions using built-in, offline educational logic. No questions or answers are sent to any server. It is educational only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care — it always directs you to a vet when medical attention may be needed.
PillPaws is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is no risk to minors' data.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can erase everything at any time: open Settings in the app and choose Erase all data, or simply uninstall the app. No data exists elsewhere for us to delete.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the in-app link. Significant changes will be highlighted.
