Make sure notifications are enabled for PillPaws in Settings → Notifications on your device.
Check that the reminder is turned on (green) for the medication.
On iOS, confirm the device isn't in a Focus / Do Not Disturb mode that silences the app.
Restart the app once after installing, so the notification schedule registers.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select PillPaws Pro.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
Your Pro access stays active until the end of the paid period.
I bought Pro on one device — how do I restore?
Open the App → tap Upgrade / Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
Is my data synced across devices?
No. PillPaws is 100% local and private — data lives only on the device where you entered it. There are no accounts or servers.
Is the AI assistant a vet?
No. The assistant provides educational information only and always recommends contacting a veterinarian when medical care may be needed. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
