These terms and conditions apply to the Sakura Tutor app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by HAOJIA ZHANG (collectively, the "Application"). HAOJIA ZHANG is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal use.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or logos.
The Application offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings.
You agree not to misuse the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service Provider or other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide Japanese language tutoring and pronunciation scoring. AI-generated content may not be perfect; you should not rely on it as a sole source for language learning assessment.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established.
